Description
James River College will be partnering with the James Project in Guatemala. The James Project is an organization designed to serve and minister to neglected children and widows inspired from James 1:27. We will do kids ministry at Shadow of His Wing’s Children’s Home, nursing home ministry, preparing and delivering food baskets for local families, and so much more!
You must be currently enrolled at James River College to join this team.
Registration
The last day to register for this trip is 01/2/2026. Registration may close earlier if all spots are filled.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 will be due upon registration. Please note that your card will not be charged until your application has been approved.
Passport Requirements
Passport must be valid for 6 months after returning from this trip.
Passport must have 2 blank visa pages.
If you do not have a valid passport at the time of registration, please email the Missions Office at MissionTrips@jamesriver.church or call (417) 581-5433 x8758 before applying for this trip.
Cost
Total cost: $1800, including deposit.
Deposit (non-refundable): $200, due upon registration. Please note that your card will not be charged until your application has been approved.
Final payment is due: 02/06/2026.
Included in cost: All transportation, visa, lodging, in-country meals, training, and international medical insurance.
Not included in cost: Passport fees, meals in airports, and souvenirs.
